Are companies getting it right or just completely paying companies to give them advice that’s completely wrong. What’s been your experience with customer service at big and small companies? Are they getting it right?
Some customers will never be satisfied and they’re horrible people. Companies are staffed by people and people make mistakes. All a company can do is apologize for that and maybe offer a small token of their sincerity and both parties agree they’re happy. But some companies have customer service ingrained into their training and it shows in how their employees treat customers and that in-turn, keeps customers coming back. It can be the one thing that determines whether your company is successful or fails.
