Raising Our Kids With Social Media Everywhere!!

We’re both raising fairly young kids right now. But as they’re getting to the ages where they’re going to be interested in social media, how do we steer them away from it? Or are we creating forbidden fruit by not having them on it?

The studies out there show how toxic social media is. From Facebook to Twitter to Instagram. It’s the “Look at Me” society and what prevails from it. It’s already shown in studies that “likes” and “pokes” and compliments give the user a “hit” of dopamine in the brain and makes them feel good. And it can be extremely addicting. Adults have a hard time dealing with this, let alone our young kids. How are you raising your kids in this age of social media.
